BLUES Standard Package

Minimum 2-hour photography session. Consultation session is a pre-requisite for all photography sessions. Retouching fees are not included in the final price.


BLUES Deluxe Package

Minimum 3-hour photography session. Consultation is a pre-requisite for all photography sessions. Retouching fees are not included in the final price.


BLUES Elite Package

Minimum 4-hour photography session. Consultation session is required. Make-Up Artist/Stylist and Creative Design Consultant are available upon request. Retouching fees are not included in the final price.


Corporate/Community Events

2 hour minimum photography session includes a minimum of 25 edited digital photos per hour. The package also includes a 1 hour complimentary and 1 hour planning session. Retouching fees are not included.

Do you require a deposit before the Shoot?

Yes; a 25% booking fee is required.

Will there ever be a second photographer?

Depending on the type and size of the shoot, a second shooter may be on site. This will be determined during the final consultation session.

Can I extend my session on the day of?

The session may be extended by the client on the day of the shoot if time permits. An additional 25% extension fee will cover the first hour after the scheduled time. The photographer's hourly rate may be assessed for each hour thereafter.

Are you available to travel for a shoot?

I am available for travel and a travel fee may be assessed based on location.

How are my digital photos delivered?

Clients will be sent images (low-resolution/watermark) to review and select in an online client gallery. Client's final selections (high-resolution/no watermark) will be sent via the client gallery portal. All clients will receive a link to their private online client gallery.

Do you work with a team?

BLUES Photography employs a Creative Design Consultant and Make Up Artist. Depending on the shoot, these employees may be deployed on location. This will be determined during the final consultation session.

What is the process to book a photography session?

Contact BLUES Photography regarding an inquiry/quote for service. A consultation with the photographer will be scheduled within 48 hours of your inquiry. Multiple consultations may be scheduled depending on the scope of the shoot.

What is your cancellation policy?

Clients have 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of a shoot to cancel without forfeiture of their deposit. If a client cancels after the 48-hour window, the 25% deposit will be forfeited (not refunded). An additional 25% deposit will be required for rescheduled appointments.

What Package Should I Select for My Photography Needs?

BLUES Photography packages can be tailored to fit your needs. A Standard Package may be an intimate portrait or business headshot. A Deluxe Package may be a birthday party or baby shower. The Elite package provides a more pampered experience. An intimate wedding (group of less than 20 people) or an engagement session may fall in this category. The Events/Corporate package provides customized services for groups of 20 people or more.

Can I print my photos from your site?

Photos uploaded to the client gallery can be printed via the BLUES Photography website store. You may download full resolution images, free of charge, through the online store. All prints will incur a charge.

Can I purchase additional photos?

Additional photos can be purchased a la carte at a cost of $25.00 per photo through the online store.
